What is the estimated delivery time for custom sneakers?
The customization process typically takes around 1-2 weeks. We know the anticipation can be a bummer, but we are committed to streamlining the process to under a week. No one should have to wait long for their soon-to-be favorite sneakers. Please understand that your sneakers are crafted with the utmost precision and care. Beautiful things take time, and your Kryo sneakers are worth the wait.
Can I return or exchange my custom sneakers?
Due to the personalized nature of custom sneakers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of your order, please contact our customer support for assistance.
