Shipping and Returns
At Kryo, we strive to deliver your custom sneakers with the utmost care and efficiency. We’ve partnered with Shiprocket India, a leading eCommerce logistics and shipping solution, to ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition and on time.
Shipping Process:
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Customization Period: The customization process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
Shipping Notification: After your sneakers are customized, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
Delivery: The estimated delivery time varies based on your location. Generally, it takes 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries within India.
Shipping Costs:
Domestic & International Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Tracking Your Order:
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Kryo account.
Partner Courier Services:
Through Shiprocket, we collaborate with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries, including Bluedart, Delhivery, and Ekart.
Return Eligibility
Custom Sneakers: Due to the personalized nature of custom sneakers, returns are only accepted for defects or quality issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any issues.
Other Products: Returns for other products (apparel, accessories) are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sai@kryo.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on customized sneakers (unless defective or damaged), and sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@kryo.in with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the customization process begins, and cancellations are not possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
